Domestic Orders:
- Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling rates vary based on product size, volume, packaging requirements, and the shipping destination. Final charges will be displayed at checkout after providing the shipping address.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard deliveries are typically completed within 3-10 business days. For preordered or customized products, shipping timelines may vary and will be communicated directly by our support team.
International Orders:
- Shipping Charges: Similar to domestic orders, shipping and handling rates depend on product size, volume, packaging, and destination. Final charges will be displayed at checkout after providing the shipping address.
- Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order total and are additional to the shipping charges paid at checkout. Most countries levy duties on imported items at the time of port entry, varying based on the destination country and the products imported. Customers are responsible for paying applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges, resulting in non-delivery, no refunds will be entertained.
